"Powerful forecast" of energy advisor Kharchenko was mocked in Rada

According to a forecast published in Politico by energy expert Oleksandr Kharchenko, director of the Energy Research Center, Ukraine may be without electricity "for 20 hours a day - in the event that Moscow disables all nuclear power plants."

Oleksii Kucherenko, MP of the special committee of the Verkhovna Rada, poked fun at the "depth" of such a forecast on Facebook.

"If Moscow disables all nuclear power plants, we will be without electricity for 20 hours a day!"

Such a powerful forecast was given by the well-known "expert" Kharchenko and the well-known publication Politico.

Moreover, for some reason, Mr. Kharchenko already appears as an "advisor to the Ukrainian government."

Let me continue this "superpowerful" expert opinion and give a 100 percent forecast.

If Moscow shuts down all nuclear power plants, combined heat and power plants, thermal power plants, hydroelectric power plants, solar power plants, wind turbines, etc., then we will be without electricity 24 hours a day!

In addition to condominiums, which installed solar stations with the help of one councilor of the Kyiv City State Administration, who, by the way, fanatically spreads the apocalyptic predictions of an "expert".

In general, this is not the first time Kucherenko has criticized Kharchenko, reasonably questioning his expertise. The politician also calls Kharchenko a "political expert" who often lobbies for someone's specific business interests through his "forecasts".

Recently, it became known that the Kharchenko Center earns from the contracts of the Energy Company of Ukraine. In particular, in September, ECU ordered information services worth almost UAH 2 million from Kharchenko.
