Hit 3 times and finished: Defense Intelligence destroys most modern russian ship – details of operation

The Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has revealed new details of the destruction of the ship of the Black Sea Fleet of the russian federation "Sergey Kotov", which took place in March 2024 near the Bosphorus Strait.

The most difficult operation of the Defense Intelligence Group 13 special unit in the Black Sea was the destruction of the russian ship "Sergey Kotov", which was damaged twice near the Bosphorus before its final destruction in March of this year. The commander of the unit with the call sign "The Thirteenth" told about this on the air of the telethon, noting that "Sergey Kotov" was the newest and most modern of the russian ships destroyed by the Defense Intelligence special unit, reports Glavred.

"This is our third operation on it, we have hit it twice before in the Bosphorus area. So I think this is the most difficult operation so far," said the Group 13 commander.

"The Thirteenth" emphasized that during operations to destroy important objects, his special unit usually uses the same number of drones, although he did not disclose the specific number.

He also noted that despite the two changes in the command of the russian Black Sea Fleet, the planning of operations did not become significantly more complicated. At the same time, russian warships currently do not enter open sea.

"We're still working to get them to the bases. It's harder, I agree. But remember when they blocked grain? When we had our entire port infrastructure completely blocked? We've done it with them now. The only thing that makes us different from them is that we don't touch civilian ships," noted "The Thirteenth".

"The Thirteenth" added that the Black Sea Fleet of russia is completely blocked and does not fulfill its tasks.
