Late in the evening of November 3, the russian occupation forces attacked Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs, as a result of which 11 civilians and 4 employees of the Ministry of Interior Affairs were injured.
The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, the Mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov and the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov announced this on Telegram, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
Around 9 p.m., Terekhov reported that the city was under attack by enemy guided aerial bombs.
The first blow hit a forest strip, so there were no casualties or damage.
Around 10:30 p.m., another series of explosions rang out.

Hitting the roadway in the Shevchenkivskyi District of Kharkiv was recorded.
"A supermarket, high-rise buildings, a metro station, pharmacies, shops and other objects of civil infrastructure were damaged. 13 people were injured, including 4 police officers," the prosecutor's office said.
Besides, in the Kholodnohirskyi District of Kharkiv, an aviation munition fell into the river near the market.
About 50 trade pavilions were damaged.
Two women suffered an acute stress reaction.

Based on the recovered debris, the law enforcement officers have previously determined that the enemy used a FAB-250 aerial bomb with a UMPK module for the November 3 strikes.
On Monday morning, the head of Regional Military Administration Syniehubov announced that 11 civilians and 4 employees of the Ministry of Interior Affairs were injured as a result of enemy shelling in Kharkiv.
"As a result of the shelling, the glazing of the windows of an infrastructure object, 4 trade pavilions, two supermarkets, a house, a laboratory, a coffee shop, 21 trade kiosks, a shopping center, a cafe, 2 residential buildings, and 10 cars were damaged," he informed.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, 46 people were injured and 1 person was killed as a result of missile attacks that russian troops carried out on November 1 in the Osnovianskyi District of Kharkiv.
Meanwhile, as a result of the attack by the army of the aggressor country of the russian federation on the village of Kivsharivka, Kupiansk District, Kharkiv Region, on Sunday, November 3, at 8:50 p.m., the entrance to a multi-story building was destroyed, people got under the rubble.
