The picture was taken at 10:10 a.m. local time. According to the main version, it is a Ukrainian attack - the first during the full-scale war in Ukraine against a target on the territory of Chechnya.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the morning of October 29, several drones attacked the V.V. Putin Russian Special Forces University, located in the city of Gudermes in western Chechnya.
The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, threatened not to capture military personnel of the Defense Forces of Ukraine in response to the drone attack on the Russian Special Forces University. It was hit by drones on the morning of October 29.
