In Ukraine, tracking of evaders strengthened. Which structures will transfer data on violators to territorial recruitment centers

In Ukraine, the tracking of violators of mobilization legislation and military registration rules is being strengthened.

This was announced by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov on Facebook.

According to him, now the territorial recruitment and social support centers will exchange data with a number of law enforcement structures and even special services, which have more methods to find those who have not fulfilled the requirements of the law.

"The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved important changes to strengthen military records and track violations of the law. Now the territorial recruitment centers, SSU, intelligence agencies and the National Police will exchange data through an electronic system. This will allow law enforcement officers to quickly and efficiently receive information about violators and deliver them to the territorial recruitment and social support center or relevant authorities," Rustem Umerov wrote on Facebook.

But he added that such digitalization will help to better organize the work of equipping the Defense Forces.

It will be recalled that earlier MP Honcharenko claimed that the directive of the Command of the Ground Forces to the Operational Commands and to the territorial recruitment and social support centers 116/2/1/21409 dated September 19, 2024 provides that mobilization is possible only for men from 25 to 49 years old.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in addition, Honcharenko claims that men of limited fitness under the age of 25 were prohibited from mobilizing.
