On the night of October 28-29, the russian occupiers launched 48 attack drones over Ukraine. The Defense Forces of Ukraine managed to shoot down more than half of them, another two dozen drones were lost in location.
It was reported by the Air Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the military, the russians launched 48 drones at night from the direction of Kursk and Oryol. Among them were both Shaheds and drones of an unknown type.
Air defense forces were able to shoot down 26 drones of the invaders. Another 20 drones were lost in location, and one returned to the territory of russia.
The fight against drones was conducted on the territory of eight regions in the northern and central parts of Ukraine.

The Air Forces also said that on the evening of October 28, the russians launched an Iskander-M ballistic missile from the territory of the occupied Crimea. Their target was Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Region.
In addition, the russian aviation continued to bombard settlements in the front line.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, a russian missile hit a residential apartment building in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Region. One person was killed, another 14 were injured.
We also reported that on the evening of October 28, the occupiers’ aircraft dropped several aerial bombs on Kharkiv. The Derzhprom (State Industry Building) came under attack.
A few hours later, the russians launched a Grom-E1 hybrid bomb on Kharkiv. It fell among private homes, killing four people.
