Published copies of the russian passport and the response of the Federal Migration Service of the russian federation to the request, which may indicate that as of June 13, 2023, IT entrepreneur Mykola Udianskyi, who has been the honorary consul of Romania in Kharkiv since March 1, 2023, may have had an active foreign russian passport.
Journalist Mykhailo Shneider reported this in his blog on the Censor.net website, Focus writes.
He asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Security Service of Ukraine to comment on the screen copies of the documents that were in his possession.
"This is the russian passport of the Honorary Consul of Romania in Kharkiv Mykola Udianskyi. The second document is a response of the Federal Migration Service of the russian federation to an electronic request, which confirms the validity of the document as of June 2023," the author of the blog said.
According to him, the passport is currently not available in the available russian databases because, firstly, the validity period of the passport expired in July 2023, and secondly, the authorities of the russian federation could have contributed to the concealment of information about russian citizenship. The journalist recalled that the media had published information about Mykola Udianskyi's possible contacts with representatives of the russian authorities.
"According to the media, Udianskyi was in contact with Kadyrov's entourage from the Akhmat club, accepted awards from the hands of Lavrov's student, maintains relations with Mitrov, the leader of one of the most defiant Zalyutynska organized criminal group, detained in France," Mykhailo Shneider continues.
The author of the blog cited evidence that Mykola Udianskyi may have lived and worked in the russian federation.
"There is also a number of other circumstantial evidence that indicates that Udianskyi lived in russia and did business there. In particular, his crypto-pyramid "Yedinarcoin" operated there, had a network of offices and was promoted with the help of Dmitry Medvedev and Olga Buzova, which described economist Boris Kushniruk. I think that few people doubt that such a business in russia is possible only under the roof of the security forces, and the presence of a passport is also necessary here," the journalist notes.
The author of the blog believes that the given information contains enough facts about the alleged russian citizenship of Mykola Udianskyi, which should be checked by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Security Service of Ukraine.
"There are more than enough arguments in favor of the fact that at the time when Udianskyi was appointed honorary consul in March 2023, he had a valid russian passport and was a russian citizen. Moreover, there is a probability that this person still has russian citizenship, since the termination of the validity of his passport in July 2023 in no way deprives him of citizenship of the russian federation," Mykhailo Shneider concluded.
