As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the russian invaders decided to introduce hourly restrictions on water supply in Berdiansk.

According to Viktoria Halitsina, head of the Berdiansk City Military Administration, local specialists refuse to cooperate with the occupation authorities, which has led to an acute shortage of qualified personnel in the utility sector. The occupiers are trying to solve the problem by bringing in workers from Tver, russia. However, their qualifications leave much to be desired.
