The government, by a protocol decision, has agreed to the partial restoration of the booking of persons liable for military service.
This follows from a statement on the official portal of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Those who received the booked status until May 31, 2024 will be able to continue their booking. The corresponding decision on the partial restoration of the booking was agreed at a protocol meeting of the government on the proposal of the First Deputy Minister of Defense.
"At the same time, the audit of the decisions on assigning the status of critically important enterprises, which were adopted in the last four months, will last until November 15. The reason for the audit is an abnormal increase in the number of critically important enterprises and the number of booked employees. This is done in the interests of strengthening the state's defense capability and to prevent abuses.
Based on the results of the audit, the responsible ministries will determine whether dishonest actions have taken place and whether they are potentially corrupt. Based on this data, the Government will update the booking criteria," the message added.
