The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has stated this in its operational update, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
Yesterday, the enemy launched three missile strikes against the positions of Ukrainian units and population centers using six missiles, as well as 78 air strikes, including dropping 135 guided air bombs.
In addition, the enemy carried out more than 4,000 attacks, including 136 from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 1,424 kamikaze drones for attacks.

The Defense Forces of Ukraine continue the operation on the Kursk axis, where the enemy carried out 41 airstrikes over the past day, using 72 guided air bombs.
On October 20, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces of Ukraine made four strikes on areas where the enemy's personnel and military equipment were concentrated, and also hit two UAV control points, one air defense unit, one artillery system, and two more important enemy objects.
In total, the russian occupiers lost 1,710 people last day.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on October 18, 202 combat clashes took place on the front, the hottest axes were Kurakhove (55 clashes) and Pokrovsk (35 clashes).
