The United States continues to work with Ukraine on the victory plan, as well as on other measures outside the plan that will help Ukraine win on the battlefield.
The spokesman of the U.S. Department of State, Matthew Miller, stated this, the press service reports.
Thus, Miller refused to detail the previous U.S. statement about "productive steps" in the plan for Ukraine’s victory after Zelenskyy disclosed part of its content.
"No, I’m not going to get into the various details other than to say that we continue to engage with the Government of Ukraine about that plan," the message reads.
At the same time, he noted that U.S. President Joe Biden apparently spoke about this with Zelenskyy in a telephone conversation on October 16: "I’m sure that that was one of the topics of conversation."
"And we to work with them about other measures that aren’t included in the plan that we believe would position Ukraine to win on the battlefield and ensure a just and lasting peace," Miller added.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reportedy, on October 16, Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented his plan for victory in the Verkhovna Rada. He singled out the most important five points in it.
