The Second Peace Summit will put a fair end to the russian-Ukrainian war for Ukraine.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this during a speech in the Verkhovna Rada, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"The Victory Plan is the way to strengthen Ukraine. This is exactly the kind of strengthening of Ukraine that is needed in order not only to protect our Ukrainian positions, but also to build a bridge, a bridge to the holding of the Second Peace Summit, which will put a fair end to this war for Ukraine," the head of state said.
According to him, the first inaugural peace summit proved that the negotiation format can be successful in ending the war.
"Russia is still evading honest diplomacy and throwing more ultimatums in between the bombs. We must stop it. No russian ultimatum will make sense for all of us, will not make sense for Ukraine. This is guaranteed by our soldiers, all our people, our unity, the unity of Ukraine and the unity of our partners. And all this is the basis of our ability to achieve a fair goal," Zelenskyy added.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will publicly present the Victory Plan in the Verkhovna Rada on October 16.
