The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, has said that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy should present a victory plan for Ukraine at the EU summit this week.
He said this following the results of the meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council, his words are quoted by RBC-Ukraine.
According to him, today's meeting of the Council of the EU began with communication with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha.
"Informed us about the situation on the battlefield, and commented on the elements of the victory plan that President Zelenskyy will present during the next European Council," Borrell said.
The next EU Council summit will be held on October 17-18.
Borrell added that Ukraine needs to strengthen both militarily and politically to force russian dictator vladimir putin to start negotiations.
We will remind, earlier, on October 14, the adviser of the Office of the President of Ukraine Serhii Leshchenko said that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will publicly present the victory plan on October 16.
We previously wrote that on October 10, Zelenskyy presented the victory plan to the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer.
And on October 12, the head of the President's Office Andrii Yermak said that Ukraine expects feedback from partners regarding the previously presented victory plan.
