Representatives of a territorial recruitment and social support center (military commissariat) organized a mass check of men leaving the concert of the Okean Elzy band in the Kyiv Palace of Sports on Friday, October 11.
It was reported by TSN from the scene of the event.
The publication writes that they refused to comment on all questions regarding the inspection of the men and were advised to contact the press service.
"Some of the concertgoers were detained and put in police cars," writes TSN.
At the same time, on the video, you can hear an employee of the territorial recruitment and social support center asking someone off-screen: "Take away this one?".
Telegram channels also publish how some people shout "shame" on the police.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Chernivtsi city court fined an employee of a territorial recruitment and social support center UAH 850 for beating a man at a bus stop during the delivery of a summons.
