The aggressor country russia is experiencing a shortage of ammunition, for which it is turning to Iran and North Korea. The exhaustion of the russian federation is "already obvious." Mykhailo Podoliak, adviser to the head of the President's Office, told about this in an interview with the German newspaper Die Welt on Friday, October 11.
Podoliak emphasized that he does not understand the pessimism of the West regarding the military situation in Ukraine. In his opinion, there are good prospects for forcing the russian dictator putin to engage in real negotiations. According to Podoliak, Ukraine's victory plan is mathematically based and contains calculations of everything necessary for the defeat of the russian federation.
"This year, the Kremlin is spending USD 140 billion on the war and significant investments in the military industry. But the shortage, especially of ammunition, grenades and rockets, is growing. That is why our airstrikes on the territory of Russia are so important," the adviser to the head of the the Office of the President emphasized.
Russia is not making significant progress at the front, and its exhaustion has already become obvious, Podoliak said. At the same time, the adviser to the head of the the President's Office stated that he "has no doubt" that the Western allies will give their permission to use the transferred weapons on enemy territory.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on October 8, the adviser to the head of the Office of the President, Mykhailo Podoliak, criticized the "peace plans" offered to Ukraine in the Western media.
On August 29, Podoliak gave three reasons why any negotiations with dictator vladimir putin are currently impossible.
On August 13, Podoliak stated that there are only two ways to end the war in Ukraine.
