Air defense forces shoot down 29 enemy attack UAVs of russians, 31 lost in location - Air Forces

On the night of October 11, the enemy attacked Ukraine with an Iskander-M ballistic missile (launch area - TOT of Crimea), a Kh-31P guided air missile (from the airspace over the Black Sea), and 66 strike UAVs (launch area - Kursk, aggressor country of the russian federation).

The Air Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported this.

Aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units and mobile fire groups of the Air Forces and the Defense Forces of Ukraine were involved in repelling the air attack.

As of 11:00 a.m., as a result of anti-aircraft combat, 29 enemy UAVs were shot down in the Kyiv, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Sumy, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Chernihiv and Zhytomyr Regions.

31 enemy drones were lost in various regions of Ukraine, presumably as a result of active anti-aircraft missile defense. Two strike UAVs turned in the direction of russia.

The Air Forces also emphasized that four UAVs were in the airspace of Ukraine. Combat work continued.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Andrii Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, said that the aggressor country russia was trying to use Shaheds to carry out a provocation on the territory of Belarus.
