On October 10, the Supervisory Board of the Roshen Kyiv Confectionery Factory, which is part of the Roshen Corporation, one of the largest producers of confectionery products in Ukraine, re-elected Viktor Salak as the Director General.
This is stated in the message of the enterprise, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
Salak has been the Director General of the confectionery factory since October 16, 2023, his mandate has been extended for 1 year.
Previously, Salak held the positions of the Director General of Lactalis Moldova, Deputy Director of the Vinnytsia Confectionery Factory, Chairman of the Board of the Roshen Kremenchuk Confectionery Factory.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Roshen Kyiv Confectionery Factory ended 2023 with a net profit of UAH 11.387 million.
In February, the russian Lipetsk court decided to nationalize the Roshen Lipetsk Confectionery factory.
The ultimate beneficiary of the Roshen Kyiv Confectionery Factory is the son of former President Petro Poroshenko, Oleksii, who owns 84.9% of the company.
Oleksii Poroshenko is 39 years old, he was a member of the Verkhovna Rada of the 8th convocation. His wife Yulia Poroshenko (Alikhanova) previously had russian citizenship. In 2018, she announced that she had received Ukrainian citizenship. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, his reliable place of residence is unknown.
The Roshen Corporation includes one confectionary in Kremenchuk, two in Vinnytsia, one in Kyiv, as well as UAB Roshen Klaipeda confectionery plant (Lithuania) and Bonbonetti Choco factory (Hungary); Vinnytsia Roshen dairy plant, frozen Lipetsk factory (russia).
