DTEK Energy Holding appointed new managers at DTEK Energy, DTEK Grids and D.Trading.
This is stated in the company's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
In particular, Oleksandr Fomenko, head of DTEK Grids, was appointed head of DTEK Energy instead of Ildar Saleev.
"Fomenko's main priorities in his new position are to ensure electricity generation at the appropriate level to support the power system, attract international technical assistance and restore destroyed generating capacities, as well as ensure sustainable coal mining," the report says.
Alina Bondarenko will take the leading position in the DTEK Grids company.
"She has been working in the group since 2014. In recent years, she held the position of operations director in the company and was responsible for the implementation of investment programs of distribution system operators. Her main priorities are ensuring the prompt restoration of destroyed distribution networks, the development of Smart Grids projects," the message says.
At the same time, the executive director of DTEK Dmytro Sakharuk will head the trading company D.Trading.
His main tasks in the new position will be the active development of D.Trading on foreign energy markets and the acceleration of the European integration of the energy sector, which will contribute to the strengthening of Ukraine's energy security.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in January 2021, DTEK dismissed Dmytro Sakharuk, the director general of DTEK Energy, appointing Ildar Saleev to this position.
At the same time, Sakharuk was appointed the executive director of DTEK.
DTEK manages the energy assets of System Capital Management.
