Polish farmers have not started blocking trucks at checkpoints on the border with Ukraine.
The spokesman of the State Border Guard Service Andrii Demchenko reported this to Ukrinform.
"Blocking traffic for trucks - something about which there was information and those actions that could be started on the territory of Poland by Polish farmers - is not recorded now. Of course, we expect that blocking traffic will not happen," he said.
According to Demchenko, truck traffic remains intense in all directions.
He added that the relevant services of Ukraine are in constant dialogue with their Polish colleagues, and Ukrainian diplomatic institutions in Poland keep the situation under control.
As Ukrainian News Agency reported, the State Customs Service reported that on October 8, Polish farmers plan to block the movement of trucks at the Medyka-Shehyni checkpoint on the border with Ukraine.
