As of 06:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 9, russia has 2 ships on combat duty in the Black Sea, which are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 8 missiles, there are no enemy ships in the Sea of ​​Azov.

The command of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on the Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

"There are 2 enemy ships in the Black Sea that are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 8 missiles; there are no enemy ships in the Sea of ​​Azov; in the Mediterranean Sea - 3 enemy ships, of which 2 are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles in total with a salvo of up to 20 missiles," the message says.

During the day, in the interests of the russian federation, passage through the Kerch Strait was carried out by:

- to the Black Sea – 7 ships, of which 1 continued its movement in the direction of the Bosphorus Strait;

- to the Sea of ​​Azov - 11 ships, of which 4 were moving from the Bosphorus Strait.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, as of the morning of October 8, 16 russian ships were in the Black Sea, including 7 carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 48 missiles, and there were no enemy ships in the Sea of ​​Azov.
