As part of the "Land Bank" project, on October 7, 4 more online auctions for the sublease of state agricultural land were held in the Prozorro.Sales system.
This is stated in the message of the State Property Fund, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
According to the report, land plots in the Kalynivska urban territorial community of the Vinnytsia Region with a total area of 300.7 hectares were put up for auction, and 94 participants competed for them.
"The sum of the winning bids amounted to UAH 14,805 million. This is 12.7 times more than the sum of the initial value of these land plots. Next, we are working on concluding contracts with the winners and waiting for payment, which, together with VAT, amounts to more than UAH 17.7 million. These funds will go to the state budget, and a part of them will go to the local budget of the Kalynivska urban territorial community," the message reads.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on October 1, the first 16 online auctions for the sublease of state agricultural land took place in the Prozorro.Sales system. According to their results, the total amount of winning bids is UAH 35.4 million (without VAT).
The State Property Fund created the first state operator of agricultural land.
The State Property Fund estimates the total amount of state agricultural land at 806,000 hectares.
