The authorities of the aggressor country russia have planned one-time payments to contractors in the state budget until 2027.

Andrii Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, announced this.

Kovalenko, based on expert opinion, noted that the kremlin intends to recruit 225,000 contract workers to the army every year.

"According to experts' estimates, the Russian authorities plan to recruit at least 225,000 contract soldiers to the Russian army annually in the next three years. The money in the budget for one-time payments will be laid until 2027," wrote the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation.

On August 14, the Bloomberg agency wrote that due to the operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk Oblast, the russian authorities may announce mobilization by the end of the year.

On September 27, the British Ministry of Defense said that russia is forcing conscripts to sign post-service contracts for the war against Ukraine.
