The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, plans to present his "victory plan" to the leaders of the allied countries, who will gather at the meeting of the contact group in the Ramstein format.
The Head of Ukraine wrote about this on the social network X (Twitter).
He noted that Ukraine is preparing for the 25th meeting in Ramstein on October 12, which will be held for the first time at the level of leaders.
"We will present a “victory plan” - clear, concrete steps to a fair end to the war. The determination of our partners and the strengthening of Ukraine is what can stop russian aggression," Zelenskyy emphasized.
He also thanked "everyone who helps protect our state, Europe and the whole world."
