Cabinet transferring 28 modular gas boiler houses for Kharkiv, Dnipro and Kremenchuk

The Cabinet of Ministers is transferring 28 modular gas boiler houses for Kharkiv, Dnipro and Kremenchuk.

This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during a government meeting, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"These are alternative sources of heat production that will help these cities get through the winter," he said.

According to Shmyhal, the state is also working towards rapid recovery, in particular housing reconstruction.

So, over the past two years, the government has allocated billions of hryvnias for this.

"In particular, this week, UAH 837 million was paid to our citizens under the eRecovery program. In total, during the operation of the eRecovery program, more than 60,000 Ukrainian families received funds to repair damaged homes," Shmyhal noted.

In addition, more than 4,000 housing certificates for the purchase of new housing instead of destroyed ones have already been implemented.

The government also decided that the eRecovery housing certificate can be used to partially or fully cover the first mortgage payment under the eOselia [eHousing] program.
