Confectionery factory of Poroshenko's son re-elects its head

On September 26, the Supervisory Board of the Roshen confectionery factory in Kremenchuk (Poltava Region), which is part of the Roshen Corporation, one of the largest producers of confectionery products in Ukraine, re-elected Dmytro Slipko as the Chairman of the Board.

The company has said this in a statement, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

Slipko has been the Chairman of the Board of the confectionery factory since October 17, 2023, his mandate has been extended for 1 year.

Previously, Slipko held the positions of department head of the Kremenchuk Confectionery Factory and deputy director of production at the Vinnytsia Confectionery Factory.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Roshen confectionery factory in Kremenchuk ended 2023 with a net profit of UAH 9.4 million.

Oleksii Poroshenko will receive more than UAH 100 million in dividends from the Roshen dairy plant.

In February, the russian Lipetsk court decided to nationalize the Roshen Lipetsk confectionery factory.

The final beneficiary of the Roshen confectionery factory in Kremenchuk is the son of former President Petro Poroshenko, Oleksii.

Oleksii Poroshenko is 39 years old, he was a Member of the Verkhovna Rada of the 8th convocation. His wife Yuliia Poroshenko (Alikhanova) previously had russian citizenship. In 2018, she announced that she had received Ukrainian citizenship. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, his reliable place of residence is unknown.
