In January-June 2024, Kyiv-based IMC agricultural holding increased its profit by 3.4 times, or by USD 15.24 million, to USD 21.52 million compared to the same period last year.
This is stated in the company's message, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
IMC's net revenues in the first half of 2024 compared to the same period in 2023 increased by 50.5%, or USD 36.4 million, to USD 108.321 million.
In the first half of 2024, the company increased EBITDA (Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization by 2.2 times, or by USD 20.6 million, to USD 37.679 million compared to January-June 2023.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in 2023 compared to 2022, the agricultural holding increased the loss by 18.8 times to USD 21 million, increasing the income by 22.3% to USD 139.5 million dollars.
The company was founded in 2007 by Oleksandr Petrov, the former owner of the Cheese Club corporation.
IMC cultivates 120,000 hectares of land in the Poltava, Chernihiv, and Sumy Regions, growing corn, wheat, sunflower, soybeans, and also produces milk.
