AFU destroy 1,130 invaders, 36 units of armored vehicles and 14 artillery systems. General Staff names russia’s losses over day

On October 1, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated 1,130 russian occupiers at the front. 32 armored combat vehicles and 14 artillery systems were also destroyed.

This is reported by the General Staff.

The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to October 02, 2024 were approximately:

• personnel - about 655,560 (+1,130) persons were eliminated;
• tanks - 8,887 (+4) units;
• armored fighting vehicles - 17,579 (+32) units;
• artillery systems - 18,869 (+14) units;
• MLRS - 1,204 units;
• air defense equipment - 963 units;
• aircraft - 369 units;
• helicopters - 328 units;
• UAVs of operational-tactical level - 16,348 (+26) units;
• cruise missiles - 2,613 units;
• ships/boats - 28 units;
• submarines - 1 unit;
• automotive equipment and tank trucks - 25,692 (+71) units;
• special equipment - 3,318 (+4) units.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the losses of personnel of the russian troops on September 27 increased by 1,470 to 650,640 people, equipment - by 14 tanks, 42 armored vehicles and 55 artillery systems.
