At the same time, this applies not only to Vuhledar itself - it is very difficult to bring humanitarian aid to the city of Toretsk as well.

Filashkin also said that the evacuation of Pokrovsk continues, currently 14,000 people, 105 children, remain in the city. At the same time, over 30,000 people, including over 3,000 children, left the city in a month and a half.
"This is also a very huge number – 14,000 people - so I emphasize once again that people leave. The enemy is shelling the city of Pokrovsk with FPV drones. FPV drones are already flying to the city of Pokrovsk," he emphasized.
The civilian population also remains in the city of Chasiv Yar - 441 people. Filashkin noted that it is also very difficult to get to Chasiv Yar, as the enemy is shelling the access roads.
