Dozens of artillery systems and armored vehicles. General Staff names losses of russians for day

On September 28, Ukrainian defenders eliminated another 1,170 occupiers, 62 artillery systems and 38 armored combat vehicles.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has stated this on Facebook, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

The total combat losses of the enemy as of September 29, 2024 approximately amounted to:

• personnel - about 651,810 (+1,170) people,
• tanks – 8,869 (+9) units,
• armored combat vehicles – 17,476 (+38) units,
• artillery systems – 18,795 (+62) units,
• MLRS – 1,204 (+1) units,
• air defense equipment - 962 (+1) units,
• aircraft - 369 units,
• helicopters - 328 units,
• UAVs of operational-tactical level – 16,186 (+93),
• cruise missiles – 2,610,
• ships/boats - 28 units,
• submarines - 1 unit,
• motor vehicles and tank trucks – 25,495 (+84) units,
• special equipment - 3297 (+6).
