Washington carefully studying Ukrainian Victory Plan – US Secretary of State Blinken said

The United States of America is currently studying the Victory Plan presented by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy. And they are also considering additional options to help Ukraine win.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced this, the portal of the Voice of America radio broadcaster informs.

The official recalled the provision of new military aid to Ukraine in the amount of USD 7.9 billion and the introduction of sanctions against russia.

"We have taken important steps to support the people of Ukraine, who continue to defend themselves against ongoing Russian aggression and continue to defend their sovereignty and independence, their right to decide their own future," Blinken said, adding that this money should be enough to finish tenure of the current administration.

Blinken said the administration is now studying the Victory Plan, which Ukrainian President Zelenskyy presented to U.S. President Joe Biden during their meeting at the White House in Washington.

Answering a question about the possibility of giving Kyiv permission to strike deep into the russian federation with long-range Western weapons, Blinken noted that the administration and allies of Ukraine are studying this plan in detail and, if necessary, are ready to consider "additional actions" to support the Ukrainians in achieving victory.

"We are studying this very carefully, including what we or other Ukrainian partners should do, if necessary, additional steps to help them achieve this success," Blinken said.
