On the morning of September 28, the enemy attacked a health care facility in Sumy twice, using a Shahed UAV, killing seven people.
The Sumy Regional Military Administration, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the head of the Ministry of Interior Affairs, Ihor Klymenko, reported this on their Telegram pages.
According to the authorities, there are killed and injured.
The Sumy Regional Military Administration reported that there was a repeated airstrike in the regional center.
The enemy directed a Shahed type UAV at the residential sector.
According to the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the occupiers also dropped a missile defense system on the Sumy Region.
Later, Klymenko said that in Sumy, the russians hit a medical facility twice.
As a result of the first shelling, 1 person was killed, several floors of the hospital were destroyed. Evacuation of patients and staff began.
Rescuers and police officers arrived at the scene of the attack to help people. At the same time, during the evacuation of the sick, the enemy struck again.
As of now, there are 7 killed and 12 seriously injured, including a policeman. Another policeman was injured.
