On September 25, 189 combat clashes took place at the front, the hottest areas were Pokrovsk (54 clashes), Kurakhove (25 clashes) and Lyman (21 clashes).
This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Yesterday, the enemy launched two missile strikes against the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas with the use of four missiles, as well as 75 airstrikes, in particular, dropping 118 guided aerial bombs.
In addition, the enemy launched more than 4,600 shellings, 109 of them from rocket salvo systems.
In total, on September 25, 189 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded.
Thus, in the Kharkiv Axis, there were 3 enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk and Tykhe.
In the Kupyansk Axis, 10 assaults took place during the day near Petropavlivka, Synkivka, Kolisnykivka, Hlushkivka, Stelmakhivka and in the direction of Lozova.
In the Lyman Axis, the enemy attacked 21 times, mostly in the areas of Hrekivka and Novoliubivka.
In the Kramatorsk Axis, the occupiers attacked 8 times near Hryhorivka, Chasiv Yar and Klishchiyivka.
In the Toretsk Axis, the enemy, supported by aviation, carried out 10 attacks near Toretsk, Shcherbynivka and Nelipivka.
In the Pokrovsk Axis, defenders stopped 54 assault and offensive actions towards the settlements of Novotoretsk, Lysivka, Novohrodivka, Hrodivka, Kostiantynivka, and Selidove; almost half of the enemy attacks took place in the area of the latter.
In the Kurakhove Axis, the Defense Forces repelled 25 attacks near Tsukuryne, Hirnyk, Maksymilianivka, and Heorhiyivka.
In the Vremivka Axis, the enemy carried out 8 assaults near Vuhledar and Vodiane.
In the Orikhiv Axis, the occupiers tried to advance 5 times near Robotyne and Novoandriyivka.
In the Prydniprovsk Axis, the russian invaders unsuccessfully attacked 2 times.
At the same time, on September 25, aviation and missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces of Ukraine made 15 strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel and weapons and military equipment of the enemy, one strike on air defense means and two strikes on missile and artillery systems.
The losses of the russian invaders on September 25 amounted to 1,400 people.
