Russian drones that spy in the Ukrainian rear began to be equipped with rear-view cameras. These cameras are needed to track FPV drones that attack reconnaissance drones.
This is what Defense Express analysts say.
One such drone was shot down by the Defense Forces of Ukraine. The downed drone is most likely a ZALA 421. Inside, they found a miniature camera connected to a custom device from a russian manufacturer that is also equipped with RHCP antennas. It is thanks to this camera that an inspection is carried out in the rear hemisphere, which can allow to see the threat in the form of an approaching anti-aircraft drone and take countermeasures.

However, reconnaissance drones do not have the technical ability to maneuver a lot. In case of danger, they try to break away at speed. Ukrainian FPV drones quickly discharge if they increase their speed.
Defense Express analysts say the overall effectiveness of such a decision remains in question.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Ukrainian military began using drones that spray thermite mixture over forest areas, causing the russians' equipment and dugouts to burn. Also, "dragon" drones have a psychological effect - the occupiers are very afraid of them.
