The State Savings Bank (Oschadbank) and Nibulon agreed on a number of new credit agreements to replenish working capital, which will refinance the volume of investments made by the company for a total amount of USD 20.3 million.
This is stated in the bank's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
On September 17, the parties signed the first part of this loan program for the amount of USD 13 million.
Nibulon will direct the received funds to restore working capital after making investments in the construction of a new transshipment terminal on the Danube.
The Bessarabska branch began work in 2022 and became the main route for the export of agricultural products, which was very important in the conditions of blocking the sea ports of Ukraine by the aggressor in previous periods.
Replenishment of working capital, in particular, guarantees the ability of Nibulon to provide in full the procurement campaign of the 2024/25 season and to support the Ukrainian farmer in wartime conditions.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Nibulon company has started construction of vessels for demining international inland waterways.
100% of Oschadbank belongs to the state.
