President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his working visit to the USA.
The President wrote about this on Monday, September 23, in the Telegram channel.
"This is the third bilateral meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi this year. We are dynamically developing our relations. And we are working together to strengthen cooperation in various fields," Zelenskyy wrote.
The head of state said that during the conversation, the parties paid the main attention to strengthening cooperation at international platforms, in particular the UN and G-20, as well as the implementation of the Peace Formula and preparation for the second Peace Summit. "The available opportunities were discussed in detail," Zelenskyy added.
He thanked India for clearly supporting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Modi paid an official visit to Ukraine on August 23, the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine.
Zelenskyy and Modi honored the memory of children who were killed as a result of russian aggression in Kyiv.
