German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that he has no intention of supporting the cancellation or easing of restrictions for Ukraine to strike deep into the territory of the aggressor country of russia.

His words, made in New York, are quoted by the German agency DPA, European Pravda writes about it.

"This is not compatible with my personal position <...> We will not do this. And we have good reasons for this," the Chancellor said.

Scholz did not specify what the reasons were.

As Ukrainian News Agency reported, earlier today, on September 23, the President of Finland Alexander Stubb called to remove restrictions from Ukraine and allow it to strike deep into the territory of the russian federation.

It will be recalled that on September 19, the European Parliament adopted a resolution calling for Ukraine to be allowed to attack the russian federation with Western weapons.
