The so-called victory plan, which President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is supposed to present to Joseph Biden next week, includes an invitation to Ukraine to join NATO and the commitment of the United States to constant supplies of modern weapons.
This is reported by Bloomberg with reference to informed interlocutors.
According to Bloomberg, in addition to an invitation to NATO membership and arms supplies, the "victory plan" also provides a clear path to Ukraine's membership in the European Union and "other economic and security arrangements."
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Zelenskyy is expected to present a detailed version of the plan to Biden during their meeting in Washington on September 26. He also wants to introduce it to presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.
