Russian occupation authorities have acute shortage of professional personnel in occupied territories – Defense Intelligence

The russian occupation administration in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine faces an acute shortage of professional personnel.

This was announced by the Hochu k Svoim project of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

According to the Defense Intelligence, residents of the Kherson, Zaporizhzhia and other Regions under temporary occupation massively refuse to work in positions offered to them by the occupants: from managers of various ranks to workers in labor professions.

The occupation administration of the Kherson Region has significant problems with qualified personnel.

The local "leader" of the illegal administration of Nova Kakhovka, Vitaly Gura, stated in his Telegram channel that "everyone who wants to get a job in the municipal service undergoes a strict selection process, the first stage of which is a personal interview."

Intelligence notes that this is a lie and has provided data that all the supporters of its "leader" are taken to serve in the local occupation administration.

However, according to intelligence, even this does not solve personnel problems.

In the Kherson Region, the occupation administration is looking for the following specialists of almost all levels of qualification and experience: the head of the financial department, leading specialists of the departments of economy, investment, business development, education and youth, security, legal, chief specialists of the departments of material and technical support and procurement, public works, transport and road management, for work with housing stock, civil defense, emergency situations and mobilization.

Promises of high salaries and special conditions, according to the intelligence officers, do not help - there are few people willing to work for the illegal administration.

They do not want to work for the occupiers not only in the Kherson Region, but also throughout the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.

In particular, in the territory of the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia Region, there is a significant shortage of specialists in almost all bodies of illegal power: communal institutions, law enforcement agencies, health care institutions, education and many other institutions of critical infrastructure.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in Mariupol, the occupation authorities are removing a scandalous propaganda mural with a girl on whom "NATO missiles are falling". The occupation authorities hid the outbreak of cholera in Crimea.
