During August, the russian occupiers attacked railway infrastructure facilities 46 times, one railway worker was killed, and 3 others were injured.
This is stated in the message of Ukrzaliznytsia, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"Last month, the enemy targeted the power railway infrastructure, as well as stations and rolling stock. The objects located in the front-line zone in the Donetsk Region, Kharkiv Region and in the south of the country are most shelled. Unfortunately, during the performance of official duties, one railway worker was killed, 3 more were injured," the message reads.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of Tuesday, September 3, russian invaders fired at railway infrastructure and rolling stock in the Sumy and Dnipropetrovsk Regions.
