On September 15, 173 combat clashes took place at the front, the enemy was most active in the Kurakhove Axis, where 42 clashes took place during the day, and in the Pokrovsk Axis (36 clashes).
This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Yesterday, the enemy launched a missile attack on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas using one missile, as well as 77 airstrikes, in particular, dropping 117 guided aerial bombs.
In addition, the enemy made 3,888 shellings, 114 of them from rocket salvo systems.
On September 15, 173 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded at the front.
So, in the Kharkiv Axis, the enemy tried to storm once in the area of the settlement of Vovchansk.
In the Kupyansk Axis, 20 attacks by the occupiers took place in a day near Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Kolisnykivka, Hlushkivka, Kruhliakivka, and Lozova.
In the Lyman Axis, the enemy attacked 24 times in the areas of Druzheliubivka, Kovalivka, Tverdokhlibovo, Nevske, Makiyivka, Terny, and Novosadove.
In the Siversk Axis, Ukrainian defenders repelled 12 assaults by russian invaders near Bilohorivka, Verkhniokamyanske, Vyimka, and Ivano-Daryivka.
In the Kramatorsk Axis, the occupiers attacked 3 times near Stupochky and Kurdiumivka.
In the Toretsk Axis, the enemy, supported by aviation, carried out 16 attacks near Druzhba, Nelipivka, Toretsk and Shcherbynivka.
In the Pokrovsk Axis, Ukrainian defenders stopped 36 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor towards the settlements of Vozdvyzhenka, Novotoretsk, Zelene Pole, Novooleksandrivka, Hrodivka, Novohrodivka, Marynivka, and Mykhailivka; the greatest concentration of enemy attacks was near Hrodivka and Novohrodivka.
In the Kurakhove Axis, the Defense Forces repelled 42 attacks in the areas of Kostiantynivka and Heorhiyivka settlements; in addition, the enemy attacked in the direction of Ukrainsk, Dolynivka, Katerynivka, Selidove and Zhelanne Druhe.
In the Vremivka Axis, the enemy carried out 10 assaults in the areas of Vodiane, Katerynivka, Solodke and Makarivka.
In the Orikhiv Axis, the occupiers attacked in the direction of Novodarivka.
Russian invaders attacked 8 times in the Prydniprovsk Axis.
Last day, the aviation, missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces hit 15 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment of the invaders.
The total losses of the russian invaders on September 15 amounted to 1,060 people.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on September 13, 138 combat clashes took place at the front, the enemy was most active in the Kurakhove Axis, where 43 clashes took place during the day.
Meanwhile, on the night of Monday, September 16, the army of the aggressor country of the russian federation carried out a large-scale attack on Ukraine, using the Shahed attack drones.
