The Cabinet of Ministers proposes to the Verkhovna Rada to adopt the 2025 state budget with revenues of UAH 2.3 trillion and expenditures of UAH 3.9 trillion.
This is stated in the bill 12000, registered in the parliament on September 14, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The hryvnia exchange rate set in the budget for next year is 45 UAH/USD, inflation is 9.5% (December to December), GDP growth is expected to be lower next year than this year - 2.7%.
The need for external financing for the next year is more than expected: USD 38.4 billion, and the public debt to GDP should decrease to 97% of GDP (this year it will be 100.5% of GDP).
In addition, the minimum wage will be UAH 8,000, the subsistence minimum will be UAH 2,920.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Cabinet of Ministers must submit the draft budget to the Parliament by September 15.
The IMF requires Ukraine to devalue the hryvnia.
