Russia destroys 280 port infrastructure facilities

Over the past two years, the aggressor country russia destroyed 280 port infrastructure facilities, more than 150 vehicles, 17 civilian ships, including more than 100,000 tons of grain cargo.

This is stated in the message of the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"A year ago, thanks to the support of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and our international partners, Ukraine launched a sea corridor. Despite the constant shelling of the port infrastructure by the enemy, this corridor did not stop its work. During this time, the ports handled 2,523 ships and handled more than 68 million tons of cargo, of which 46 million tons of agricultural products were exported to more than 46 countries of the world. This is more than was exported during the "Grain Initiative", which demonstrates that even during the war, Ukraine fulfills its international obligations and makes a significant contribution to global food security," Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Serhii Derkach also said.

According to him, the key priorities of the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories are aimed at ensuring security, restoration and development of strategic infrastructure facilities.
