For the use of nuclear weapons by russia, there are "formal prerequisites understood by the entire world community" and corresponding to the doctrine of nuclear deterrence of russia, wrote the deputy chairman of the Security Council of the terrorist country of the russian federation, Dmitry Medvedev, on his Telegram channel.
"The same Kursk, for example. But Russia is showing patience. After all, it is obvious that a nuclear response is an extremely difficult decision with irreversible consequences," he explained.
"Nobody needs a nuclear conflict" because it is "a very bad story with the most difficult outcome," Medvedev emphasized: "That's why no decision has been made to use nuclear weapons (non-strategic or even more so strategic)."
However, according to Medvedev, "inflated Anglo-Saxon scumbags" do not want to admit that "any patience comes to an end."
"And as a result, those moderate Western analysts who warned: "Yes, the Russians, most likely, will not give an answer in this way ... although the probability is still there, will be right. Moreover, the answer may also be with the use of new means of delivery in non-nuclear equipment," the former president of the russian federation said.
This threat of russia's use of nuclear weapons was the first for Medvedev since the start of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s operation in the Kursk Oblast. The former russian president is one of the main voices of nuclear rhetoric since the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine. Regularly threatening strikes on London, Paris and Washington through his Telegram channel, Medvedev repeatedly pointed out that the use of nuclear weapons is not a bluff. However, after the beginning of the Ukrainian offensive in the russian region, he suddenly lowered the degree in his statements, excluding from them mentions of nuclear strikes.
