"Another russian war crime. Today, the occupier attacked the vehicles of the humanitarian mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross in the Donetsk Region," the message reads.
According to Zelenskyy, it is currently known that 3 people were killed by a russian strike, and 2 more were wounded.
"In this war, everything is absolutely obvious: russia carries evil, Ukraine protects life. And if someone wants to hear "both sides", then in russia it is perceived only as permission to continue killing," he emphasized.
The President emphasized that the world must react harshly and principledly, and cannot remain indifferent - both to countries and international organizations.
"Only together the world can force russia to stop this terror and force Moscow to seek peace," Zelenskyy added.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, also on the night of September 12, a russian drone of the Shahed type flew in the immediate vicinity of the Khmelnytskyi NPP.
