Losses of personnel of the russian troops on September 11 increased by 1,270 to 630,200 people, and Ukrainian defenders destroyed 1 plane, 11 tanks, 17 armored vehicles and 73 artillery systems last day.
This is stated in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to September 12, 2024 approximately amounted to:
- personnel - about 630,200 (+1,270) people;
- tanks - 8,653 (+11) units;
- armored combat vehicles - 16,955 (+17) units;
- artillery systems - 18,009 (+73) units;
- MLRS - 1,184 (+2) units;
- air defense equipment - 945 (+2) units;
- aircraft - 369 (+1) units;
- helicopters - 328 units;
- UAVs of operational-tactical level - 15,033 (+43) units;
- cruise missiles - 2,591 units;
- ships/boats - 28 units;
- submarines - 1 unit;
- automotive equipment and tank trucks - 24,481 (+93) units;
- special equipment - 3,061 (+2) units.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, during an operation in the Black Sea, soldiers of the special unit of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine destroyed a russian Su-30SM combat aircraft by hitting with a MANPADS.
Losses of personnel of the russian troops on September 10 increased by 1,140 to 628,930 people, equipment - by 13 armored vehicles and 56 artillery systems.
In August, the aggressor country of russia lost about 36,810 soldiers in Ukraine. Also, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 6,383 pieces of weapons and military equipment.
