He reported this on the X social network.

We will remind, on September 11, the President of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda and the Prime Minister of Latvia Evika Siliņa arrived in Kyiv for a visit.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Prime Minister of Latvia announced a new aid package to Ukraine during her visit to Kyiv.
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken also announced the allocation of more than USD 700 million in aid to Ukraine. These funds will be used to restore Ukrainian energy, humanitarian support and demining.
