Iran will transfer 2 types of ballistic missiles to russia. A matter of days - Sky News

Iran is going to transfer two types of short-range ballistic missiles to the aggressor country russia. This is a matter of a few days, because the russian military has been training in Iran for several weeks.

It was reported by military analyst Sean Bell to Sky News.

Bell called the delivery of two types of short-range ballistic missiles from Iran to russia "inevitable". According to him, the aggressor has increased its own production of weapons, but still needs supplies from Iran and North Korea. And, unlike Ukraine, the russian federation has a sufficient number of old reserves.

"Putin signed a contract with Iran in December and it is clear that the delivery is 'imminent'. We understand that Russian soldiers have been in Iran for training for the past few weeks, and while the reports are incredibly sensitive, from what I have the information it is imminent. So it's a matter of days," Bell said.

The analyst explained that thanks to this, russia will be able to focus its own Iskander missiles on long-range targets in Ukraine.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on August 9, the Reuters agency reported that military personnel of the aggressor country russia are undergoing training in the use of the Fath-360 ballistic missile system in Iran.

In February, Reuters reported that Iran had provided moscow with short-range surface-to-surface missiles.

Recall that in October 2023, the UN embargo against Iran expired, after which Tehran got the opportunity to sell weapons to moscow.
