On August 28, the russian invaders dropped an aerial bomb on the village of Izmaylivka, Pokrovskyi district. The enemy hit the house, the whole family was killed under the rubble.
This was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office.
"The weapon was aimed at the private sector, hitting the house. The whole family was killed under the rubble of the house - 45- and 53-year-old parents, as well as their 17-year-old son and 24-year-old daughter. Their bodies were unblocked from under the remains of the house by rescuers," the message says.
According to preliminary data, the enemy used a guided aerial bomb.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched in criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
We will remind, on August 19, the forced evacuation of children was announced in Pokrovsk and the settlements of the Pokrovsk territorial community.
In addition, the authorities of the Donetsk Region decided to expand the zone of forced evacuation of children, adding to it almost 30 settlements in Kostiantynivka and Selydove communities.
