Overnight, russian troops again launched a missile-drone attack on the territory of Ukraine; as a result of today's attack, four people were killed, and 16 were injured.
This follows from a statement by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy posted on his Facebook page, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
He noted that a rescue operation is currently underway at the sites of hits and falling debris in the regions that were attacked by russia that night.

"Unfortunately, despite the effective work of our anti-aircraft defense, four people died, and 16 were injured. My condolences to the relatives and friends of the victims," the President wrote.
Zelenskyy said that, in general, the enemy used more than 90 aerial targets against the civilian population and infrastructure: 81 Shahed, as well as cruise, ballistic, and aeroballistic missiles.
The President promised that Ukraine would respond to russia's attack.
"We will definitely respond to russia for this and all other strikes. Crimes against humanity cannot be committed with impunity," Zelenskyy emphasized.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, russian occupiers attacked the city of Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia District with attack drones on the night of Tuesday. As a result of the enemy attack, three people were killed, and five were injured.
