Russians hit Kramatorsk with ballistics. Missile hit hotel, foreign journalists injured

On the night of August 24-25, the russian occupiers launched a missile attack on Kramatorsk, Donetsk Region. The missile hit the hotel building, where representatives of foreign media were staying.

This was announced by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin.

According to him, as a result of the missile attack of the occupiers, the hotel building was damaged, as well as an apartment building located nearby.

Three people were injured, all of them journalists from Ukraine, the United States of America and Great Britain. One of them was under the rubble.

The Donetsk regional prosecutor's office reported that the hotel was probably hit by an Iskander-M ballistic missile.

According to law enforcement officers, two foreign journalists aged 38 and 40 were injured as a result of the attack.

There is no reliable information about the third victim. There is a possibility that he ended up under the rubble.

Later, Serhii Kukochka, head of the Kramatorsk City Council's Department of Civil Protection, told Suspilne Donbas that the number of victims had increased to four.

"It is known about four injured journalists, foreigners. One of them was transported to the city of Dnipro in serious condition," the official said.

According to him, the search for the missing person is ongoing at the site of the hit. It is known that he is a citizen of Great Britain aged about 40 years.

Suspilne Donbas also published several photos taken at the place of the hit.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, tonight the russian occupiers launched missile attacks on Kharkiv and Chuhuiev in the Kharkiv Region. 13 people were injured, including two children.
